Mercuro's Extreme Minnow™

I tied this fly over four years ago after a charter was having a good day hooking schooling mackerel with a 2/0 minnow pattern but missing horizontal jumping bigger fish. Next day, after tying on a small spinner blade with wire, immediately Vince started hooking the bigger fish getting several "on" his large arbor reel.
