We will "run the beach", (run and gun), JUST BEYOND THE BREAKERS, when bait fish are in close; looking for schooling/breaking fish, when found...casting spoons, plugs, or live bait. This can turn out to be the most exciting fishing action you will EVER experience ON LIGHT TACKLE or FLY RODS-

Sight casting or wade fishing, stalking the shallows for tailing reds, as the tides floods the marsh or on falling tide casting into holes, bends and drop offs and margins by grass banks.

Inshore fishing for: Red drum (spot tails), speckled and gray trout, flounder, black drum, and more.

Near shore fishing: Around inlets and jetties or Just Beyond The Breakers™ for Red drum, Spanish and King mackerel, sea trout, flounder, black drum, sheephead sharks and more.

The area's convergence of fresh water from inland rivers, creeks and lakes into the saltwater marshes and flats creates a brackish water breeding ground bounty of incomparable marine life. It can make for spectacular fishing each month of the year. During the cooler months of December, January February and early March, can be optimum time for sight casting to schooling reds on light spinner or fly rod.

Instruction: Capt. Pete will help insure a Myrtle Beach Fishing fun day whether you are

experienced or novice for spin casting, or fly casting. We will teach you how use, rig up, and catch fish.
